The story

Twenty years of preparing athletes to win.

Jason started on the weight room floor and spent two decades learning what actually moves the needle for athletes — then watched swimmers get handed programs built for land sports. 4P is the answer: a physical preparation system shaped by real seasons with real squads, and the educational engine he built with CVASPS behind every module.

  • Head of Physical Preparation — NOVA swim program
  • Founder, CVASPS — education for strength & conditioning coaches
  • Athletes coached to national and international podiums
  • Speaker & author — seminars, podcasts, published articles
Why 4P exists

Swimming deserved its own system.

General dryland programs treat swimmers like land athletes. The 4P progression was built in the pool environment — for the shoulder, the stroke, and the season — and it's built for every swimmer, including adaptive and visually impaired athletes.
